BOOKING / PAYMENT
Once confirmed the availability of one of our rooms, the client will confirm the reservation with a valid number of a credit card.
The full payment of the reservation will be implemented at the time of arrival, the apartment will be paid by the customer in cash or by credit card. Exceptionally, this payment can be made by bank transfer, provided that: The corresponding net amount (cost of transfer will be in charge) is received in our bank account one week before your arrival or before the end of the previous book (in for renewal). The guest is obliged to confirm the entry by sending a copy of the receipt by email or fax or an email indicating the amount and exact date of admission.

Cash:
All deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full on departure, after inspection of the undamaged apartment.

ARRIVAL

OUTPUT
Departures are at 11:00. If you need a later departure if possible please ask at the time of arrival. Try to accommodate you providing our next arrival is not early the same day. If possible, you can stay in the apartment until 1800, paying 50% of the rent per night. Any departures after 18:00 pm will be subject to the total price per day. The day of your departure you must leave the apartment tidy with the trash properly.

NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF GUESTS
The client will Analina Rooms the number of guests included in the reserve. Unless otherwise agreed with Analina Rooms otherwise, only the number of persons indicated by the client when booking shall be authorized to use the apartment. The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment, except children under two years. Pets are only allowed if permission has been granted specifically. At the time of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Analina Rooms at its sole discretion shall have the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the customer is not entitled to claim any compensation.

CLEANING
Cleaning the house is done before the arrival of each client. For stays longer than ten days will be cleaned every seven days. On the day of departure, the customer must leave the room in a reasonable condition. Take out the trash the night before and clean the dishes.

BEHAVIOR
Please note the Terms of Analina Rooms. Disturbances, loud music and parties are very clear: ALL ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Guests staying at Analina Rooms should know that if there are parties or loud music is heard, and the neighbors complain and / or call the police, this may result in immediate eviction regardless of time of day or night .
The client signing the contract at the entrance will be subject to a proper and decent behavior from everyone accompanying him. If this person or any person accompanying him does not behave properly and responsibly, apartments Madrid will have the right to ask the client and the persons accompanying him to leave the apartment without the right to future claims or any compensation.

This will also result in loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit.

The hours of rest are daily at 22.00 PM to 9.00 AM

No dogs and cats.
NO smoking is allowed inside the apartments.

Responsibilities
Analina Rooms has a liability insurance and will not be directly responsible for any direct or indirect that may arise as a result of misuse has made the client of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, losses from fire, theft or behaviors criminals.
